The history of the present Happy Bird Corporation Consulting and Private Investment included the following companies.  

Holly Corporation, founded 1985 for private investments was melded into Happy Bird Corporation in 1998. It had financed two startups, Hollyday House a decorating and colonial architecture design firm with some furniture inventory, and Thomas Hollyday Small Business and International Consulting, founded 1985, also melded into Happy Bird Corporation in 1986.  

Thomas Hollyday Studios, founded 1975 was developed to sell the illustration work of Thomas Hollyday. It held membership in the Cartoonist Guild and the Graphics Artist Guild of New York and Boston. It was melded into Happy Bird Corporation as the advertising division of that firm in 1985.  

The present Happy Bird Corporation Consulting and Private Investment maintains an interest in developing other ventures in the lawn and garden field which can market alongside its Solar Sipper projects and in its internet stores. From time to time its board reviews projects in which its expertise can be useful both in pursuing joint ventures and occasionally in private investment.  

Firms interested in its services may forward non returnable non confidential summaries of projects. If the board is interested suitable confidentiality agreements will be signed by Happy Bird Corporation staff before proceeding to analysis and decision as to interest in the project.
